  1. Excellent Stay

    We had an excellent stay at Villa Trianda last month - we were only at the villa for a few nights but wished we could have stayed longer. It's location right next to the beach is fantastic whilst also being quiet and relaxing, whilst the villa itself is in perfect condition. A five minute drive to the restaurants and shops meant everything was nearby, but also the villa itself is secluded and away from the crowds. George was a very welcoming host and stopped by to make sure we were all settled and familiar with the villa. We're definitely looking forward to returning.

  2. Untapped potential

    I met only the owner . No one of your company assist me . The position and the potentiality of the villa is incredibile but the villa is old with old stuff unworked inside. No light and few comfort outside.

  3. Villa Trianda, ein wahres Juwel, nur 27 Schritte vom Strand entfernt!

    + die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft - die Ruhe und die absolute Nähe zum Meer ist einmalig - die Außenanlagen (wie einzelne Gartenmöbel, Außendusche, Waschmaschine, Outdoorküche, Grill sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen (alt) - die An/Abfahrt auf dem unbefestigten Straßenstück (2km) ist auf Grund des sehr schlechten Zustandes beschwerlich

  7. True gem on the seashore

    This small villa is an absolute treasure for anyone seeking a quiet place next to the beach. Hard to decide what contributes most to the amazing satisfaction that we have got: the secluded location, far from the noise of the inhabited resorts, the untouched surrounding forrest, the awesome view and proximity of the beach, the helpfulness of the owner. The villa is well built, fully functional and perfect to fit a family of four. The owner, George, was finishing two other villas on the same property, located on the top of the hill, with fantastic views over the sea and the neighboring islands. We loved the design and the view! Highly recommended for a quite vacation that will get you connected to nature and the wonders of the Ionic Sea!

    The access to the beach by itself is a huge advantage over almost anywhere else in the area. You can check in and never have to leave for any activities. Snorkeling, kayaking, boating. An extraordinary place to stay!

  10. This spot is magical. You will not want to leave…

    The photos don’t do this place justice! What a beautiful, peaceful location. The bay that the villa sits on has stunning crystal clear waters. We hired a small boat for 4 days and moored it at the villa. The house is clean and spacious. We loved cooking BBQs and having dinner outdoors under the olive tree by the pool, overlooking the sea. George was a great host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. We will be back!
