Villa Zoe - Direct Sea Access & Live Scenery at Sivota Bay's Entrance

Villa Zoe is located just at the entrance to Sivota Bay, at the end of the peninsula; where you can watch all the yachts entering the bay just under your terrace. It is nested in a beautiful natural setting full of greenery, with smaller and bigger hills all around. The Ionian Sea is just at the reach of your fingertips, with the view of the Ionian Islands in the backdrop.

Welcome to our brand new Villa Zoe, built-in 2019. You can see there are two villas just next to each other (Villa Zoe and Villa Aeraki), that can be rented separately or together for bigger groups. Each of them has direct sea access, a natural path leading from the villa for about 50m will bring you to the natural sea coast. From here you can jump into the water and enjoy amazing views and calm water in the protected Bay of Sivota. A private dock is available for our customers as well as a longline mooring for your boat.

Villa Zoe is suitable for 6-8 people. It has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, both of them have double beds. One of the bedrooms has also a small mezzanine with an extra double bed. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, that can potentially welcome two extra people. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and an extra WC. From here you have wonderful sea views and mountain views and access to the outside terrace.

A private swimming pool (8.50m x 5.00m) with salty water and a jacuzzi corner with water jets will make your holiday unforgettable. A large outdoor chill-out area with sun beds and umbrellas will be at your disposal for those lazy sunny days. Enjoy yourself together with your friends while preparing dinner on BBQ outside by the sunset. Let yourself merge with the harmony of nature all around and enjoy the living scenery of boats returning to the port of Sivota after a day on the sea.

A brand new asphalt road built-in 2020 leads to the villa from the nearest village of Sivota. Sivota was originally a home of traditional Greek fishermen families who today are offering a different range of services such as fine taverns, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8 am until 12 am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5-8 min).

There is plenty of activities you can do on Lefkada Island, besides visiting the gorgeous beaches of the west coast. Our selected portfolio of partners is ready to provide quality services such as babysitting, chef at home, massages, yoga, boat rentals (sailing or speedboat), car rentals, mountain biking, sea kayaking, scuba diving or hiking in Lefkada hills. Our team will be available upon your arrival to introduce you to the villa and the Island. It will guide you through various activities and sightseeing options you may want to enjoy during your stay.

In 2020 most of the world faced a new pandemic. To stay in business and propose a safe environment for our guests, we decided to work with a professional company. The company is certified ISO 9001-2015. The products used have been certified by a specialised organism and approved as an efficient solution against the Covid virus.
We follow as well the guidelines from The European Commission. The fumigation process is applied after each guest's departure to ensure the safety of the cleaning team and the course of our new guests. These specifics explained the raise in our cost as the safety of our guests is the most important.
