Overall a stunning villa with astonishing views out to sea. Great size with roomy bedrooms and lots of outdoor space including shady nooks dotted around. We found the check in process easy and and communication with the team super efficient and prompt. The aircon works well but the villa remained pretty cool anyway during the day. It is well equipped with everything you need, we even gathered tomatoes, cucumbers and aubergines from the garden to eat all week! A very steep walk up back from Sivota that most would find difficult and unpleasant in the heat, but fine if you drive. Sivota is a beautiful small village with everything you need from groceries or plenty of options for eating and drinking out plus gift shops.

Just the most gorgeous villa. Nestled in the olive groves, high above the sea, with an almost unbelievable view. Lovely pool and beautifully landscaped terrace area. The house is really tasteful and each room has its own outlook. The house felt really homely, but everybody had their own space and plenty of quiet reading nooks around the property. The kitchen is compact, but has everything you might need, and we were feeding 8 people quite happily. The hosts were very helpful and attentive and provided lots of local tips. We absolutely loved Lefkada. We really enjoyed shopping in Vassaliki and the west coast beaches were absolutely stunning. We would definitely return. Thanks so much for having us.

Just loved everything about this villa. It was like a home from home, but with the most awe inspiring position and view. There were so many small details that were delightful, particularly the way the villa was landscaped into the olive groves. Helpful, friendly attentive hosts. Great facilities. Quick descent down to Sivota bay and easy route to Vassaliki. Gorgeous cross country routes over to west coast beaches.

The view!! This is place has a breath taking view and the pictures don’t do it justice. You can literally float in that eternity pool all day long watching sailboats, the ocean, other islands, sunrises and sunsets! You’ll never get bored of that view. SPECTACULAR! Getting there is a whole different story because Google maps sends you in the wrong direction so our suggestion is to meet your host Jerome in Sivota (port town at bottom of the hill) and to let him guide you to the villa…otherwise, you may end up doing some off-roading. If you have a manual rental car, best have someone comfortable with that type of transmission navigate the very steep inclines and narrow single lane roads to get you to the property. The property is true to its pictures and was very clean with all amenities as described. Check in was great and Jerome and his team gave us a tour of the place and he took the time to recommend beaches, attractions and restaurants on a map of the island. We were extremely comfortable and lived mostly outside while staying there; be warned that there some mosquitoes so cover up and also, the island has a pretty aggressive wasp population so they can be bothersome when you’re trying to eat outdoors anywhere before sun down. Also, as is customary on this island and for villas on hills, they are all on septic tanks and ask of their guests to not discard any tissue paper in the toilet. It was our first time encountering this request but we abided. The team was very responsive when we had electrical issues (power outages) upon arrival that evening and everything was addressed immediately and fixed the next morning. They also responded quickly when we had difficulties with the washer and got it going quickly. Some of the amenities (fridge, oven, coffee maker), although functional and we adapted to them, were a bit outdated and replacing them would go a long way in making this place even more magical. Would recommend all places that the host pointed out and have a few late dinners in Sivota, which comes to life at night! Overall, it was a wonderful stay at the villa and Jerome and his team were very responsive and professional in addressing all our needs/concerns and more. We recommend this place for its unique view and incredibly welcoming outdoor spaces.

Wonderful house with a beautiful view. Everything well equipped and really comfortable. There is also a big pool with an incredible view. The house has even an own garden with tomatoes and cucumbers. The way to come there is a little bit difficult, a car is necessary. We can highly recommand this house.
