This amazing villa was professionally designed and built to a very high standard in 2007. The views of Vlicho Bay are magic and sea is at your reach within 300m from the villa. Vlicho is known as a harbour for yachts and offers a lively romantic scenery of boats coming / leaving to the sea all season round. The village of Vlicho offers several small supermarkets, coffee bars and restaurants. It is located just a few minutes from the popular town of Nidri with lots of touristic opportunities - from Nidri waterfalls to Nidri beach with water sports opportunities, pedestrian zone with stores and restaurants, nightlife bars as well as a spa center.

Welcome to the abundant Villa Artemis. The first floor has a spacious open plan living room, dining room, a modern and well equipped kitchen, linen room, large hall and 3 large bedrooms + 3 bathrooms all on one level, surrounded by terraces and balconies. Two out of three bedrooms are en-suite with their own bathroom and fitted wardrobes with mirror doors. All the living areas inside have access from patio doors to several lovely terraces outside. There is an under floor heating and an air conditioning in all rooms. The villa is fully furnished with all appliances you may need during your stay.

The property is wheelchair accessible with doors wide enough to fit. Both floors can be reached by a convenient professional elevator/lift or marble staircase near the main entrance.

An outdoor kidney shaped heated pool of 34sqm is surrounded by inviting sun terraces with a BBQ and a pool shower. The land around the villa is gated with automatic remote control access. There is a solar water heating system and alarm system.
